Nature of our Service

CV AI provides digital, instantly-delivered services(AI-generated CVs, cover letters, ATS reports). Because the service is consumed immediately on payment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as described below.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

  • Technical failure: Your payment was charged but the CV was never generated or delivered.
  • Duplicate charge: You were billed twice for the same order.
  • Unusable output: The generated CV is empty, corrupted, or clearly does not match the inputs you provided, and our team is unable to fix it within a reasonable time.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • You changed your mind after the CV was successfully generated and delivered.
  • You provided inaccurate or incomplete information that affected the quality of the output.
  • You did not get a job interview or job offer using the generated CV (we do not guarantee employment outcomes).
  • You purchased and downloaded the document successfully.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@cvgpt.world within 7 days of your purchase with:

  • The email address used to make the purchase
  • The order or transaction reference
  • A short description of the issue

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
